 Some Apartments can accommodate an extra person.
There is a £50 charge per week regardless of age.
Short Breaks The minimum stay for short breaks is for 3 nights. NOT during peak times
Pets The charge for pets is £20 per week or £3 per night. 
Please keep pets out of the bedrooms.
Bed Linen and Towels All the bedding is provided and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. There is a hand and bath towel per person and we supply bath mats, tea towels, oven glove and cleaning materials.
Swimming Towels Please bring your own swimming towels
Highchairs and Cots These are available upon request and are free of charge.
Cleaning Our staff are very thorough but have limited time in which to check and prepare the properties. Please leave the apartment as you found it in a clean, tidy condition. Please remove all rubbish and strip the beds which have been used. If there is an excessive amount of cleaning required we will make a charge for the additional time. 
Arrival Time Lettings commence from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Please telephone if you will be arriving after 9pm.
Door keys Keys may be collected from Prospect Cottage or from Trout’s Servery. 
For late arrivals and times when no member of staff is available on the premises, the key will be left in the door of your accommodation. 
Departure Time Please vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.
