Apartment 4 is on the first floor. A hallway leading to open plan living/dining room with kitchen and bay window. Four bedrooms, master  4ft 6in double bed with bay window overlooking the bay and an en-suite shower, toilet and basin, one 3ft twin room with wash basin, one smaller room with twin 2ft.6in. beds and wash basin. Bedroom 4 has 3ft. bunks and washbasin. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet and a shower over the bath.
